El n\u00famero de operaciones cerradas ha ascendido a 56, y la superficie media contratada ha crecido un&nbsp;<em>63,4%<\/em>, gracias a grandes operaciones como el arrendamiento del edificio Aura por parte de Deloitte, con 14.100 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El distrito 22@ se consolida como el motor de la actividad, concentrando el 37% de la contrataci\u00f3n. Las rentas siguen en ascenso: el promedio se sit\u00faa en 18,82 \u20ac\/m\u00b2\/mes, mientras que en el CBD alcanzan los 30,31 \u20ac\/m\u00b2\/mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las perspectivas son optimistas: BNP prev\u00e9 que la contrataci\u00f3n en Barcelona podr\u00eda superar los&nbsp;<em>300.000 m\u00b2<\/em>&nbsp;en los pr\u00f3ximos meses, impulsada por la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Madrid, la contrataci\u00f3n total ha sido de&nbsp;<em>150.999 m\u00b2<\/em>, con un crecimiento del&nbsp;<em>23,58%<\/em>. Aunque el n\u00famero de operaciones se ha reducido, se destacan dos grandes firmas en las zonas m\u00e1s premium: Cuatro Torres y Castellana 4, esta \u00faltima futura sede de LVMH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La zona descentralizada ha captado el 39% de la superficie contratada, ante la baja disponibilidad en el centro.
