Este descenso se reflej\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n en el sector de oficinas tradicionales, con una disminuci\u00f3n del 14% respecto al \u00faltimo trimestre de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Europa occidental tuvo el mayor impacto, con una reducci\u00f3n interanual del 46% en la contrataci\u00f3n de espacios flexibles, mientras que la zona central y la oriental registraron un crecimiento del 21%. A pesar de esta ca\u00edda en la demanda, la superficie total de oficinas flexibles aument\u00f3 un 4%, a\u00f1adiendo cerca de 300.000 metros cuadrados al mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Londres se consolid\u00f3 como el centro europeo del coworking, con m\u00e1s de dos millones de metros cuadrados y una tasa de penetraci\u00f3n superior al 10%. Madrid y Barcelona le siguen a cierta distancia, con menos de 500.000 metros cuadrados cada una. Los precios por escritorio var\u00edan, con Par\u00eds y Londres liderando, mientras que Madrid y Barcelona ofrecen opciones m\u00e1s asequibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De cara a 2024, el informe prev\u00e9 un resurgimiento de los espacios flexibles debido a la vuelta a las oficinas tras la pandemia.
