{"id":4303,"date":"2020-03-13T11:02:25","date_gmt":"2020-03-13T09:02:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/activaproperties.com\/blog\/?p=4303"},"modified":"2020-03-13T11:02:26","modified_gmt":"2020-03-13T09:02:26","slug":"el-22-crecera-en-2023-pese-a-la-moratoria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/activaproperties.com\/blog\/2020\/03\/13\/el-22-crecera-en-2023-pese-a-la-moratoria\/","title":{"rendered":"El 22@ crecer\u00e1 en 2023 pese a la moratoria"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En los \u00faltimos d\u00edas el\ndistrito tecnol\u00f3gico del 22@ era noticia en todas las portadas por la decisi\u00f3n\ndel Ayuntamiento de Barcelona de suspender la adjudicaci\u00f3n de nuevas licencias\nen la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aun as\u00ed la previsi\u00f3n es\nque el distrito conseguir\u00e1 un &nbsp;crecimiento muy importante en metros cuadrados\npara el a\u00f1o 2023, pasando de los 888.631 metros cuadrados actuales a 1.400.000\nmetros cuadrados disponibles para ese a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si desglosamos estas\ncifras en a\u00f1os, en el actual est\u00e1 prevista la construcci\u00f3n de 37.490 nuevos\nmetros cuadrados de oficinas. En el a\u00f1o 2021 la cifra asciende a 71.258 metros\ncuadrados y en el 2022 48.252 metros cuadrados.
