Es por ello que debemos tener en cuenta que hay zonas prime d\u00f3nde ubicar nuestra residencia puede salirnos bastante m\u00e1s caro.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #e2057c;\">ALQUILER DE PISOS EN BARCELONA<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>El precio medio de alquiler se sit\u00faa en 16,80\u20ac\/m\u00b2, mientras que hace a penas un a\u00f1o nos encontr\u00e1bamos en 15,57\u20ac\/m\u00b2.<br \/>\nLo cierto es que si comparamos con a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s, el precio medio por metro cuadrado se ha elevado con gran notoriedad.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es la diferencia de precios por metro cuadrado de Agosto de 2017, respecto al a\u00f1o 2016:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-408\" src=\"https:\/\/activaproperties.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Precio-Pisos-Alquiler-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"992\" height=\"577\" srcset=\"https:\/\/activaproperties.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Precio-Pisos-Alquiler-2-1.jpg 992w, https:\/\/activaproperties.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Precio-Pisos-Alquiler-2-1-300x174.jpg 300w, https:\/\/activaproperties.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Precio-Pisos-Alquiler-2-1-768x447.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 992px) 100vw, 992px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Analizando la situaci\u00f3n, en 2017 vemos que el distrito de lujo ha sido Sant Mart\u00ed, mientras que en 2016 fue Ciutat Vella.<br \/>\nLo cierto es que en 2017, Sant Mart\u00ed ha sido la zona m\u00e1s demandada y con precios m\u00e1s elevados, dejando atr\u00e1s a otras zonas como el Eixample, Ciutat Vella, Sarri\u00e0 o Gracia, que se hab\u00edan posicionado siempre cerca de sus precios.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #e07c00;\">VENTA DE PISOS EN BARCELONA<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>En lo que respecta a la venta de pisos en Barcelona, nos encontramos con gran diferencia respecto al a\u00f1o anterior, en 2017 la media ha sido de 4.300,55\u20ac\/m\u00b2 mientras que en 2016 se situaba en 3.530,11\u20ac\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed tenemos un gr\u00e1fico de la diferencia de precio por m\u00b2 de viviendas en venta, comparando 2017 con el a\u00f1o anterior:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-409\" src=\"https:\/\/activaproperties.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Precio-Pisos-Venta-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"992\" height=\"577\" srcset=\"https:\/\/activaproperties.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Precio-Pisos-Venta-2-1.jpg 992w, https:\/\/activaproperties.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Precio-Pisos-Venta-2-1-300x174.jpg 300w, https:\/\/activaproperties.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Precio-Pisos-Venta-2-1-768x447.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 992px) 100vw, 992px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Todos los distritos han elevado su precio por metro cuadrado, aunque algunos m\u00e1s que otros.<\/p>\n<p>En Sant Andreu, Nou Barris, Horta-Guinard\u00f3 y Sants-Montjuic nos encontramos con los precios m\u00e1s bajos, los cuales tampoco han variado tanto respecto al a\u00f1o anterior.<br \/>\nSin embargo, en Ciutat Vella, Eixample, Les Corts, Sarri\u00e0 y Sant Mart\u00ed vemos que los precios han variado mucho, situ\u00e1ndose algunos por encima de los cinco mil euros el metro cuadrado.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/residencial.activaproperties.com\/es\/buscador\/pisos\/alquiler\/\">Pisos disponibles en Barcelona<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Los precios de los pisos en Barcelona han aumentado en 2017.
